Visa has introduced its latest digital solution, the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) app, designed to improve airport lounge access for eligible Visa cardholders. Created in partnership with DragonPass, a global travel and lifestyle service provider, the app replaces Visa’s previous lounge access program.
VAC app provides exclusive services for eligible Visa cardholders in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa making their travel experience more comfortable and efficient.
Visa cardholders can download the Visa Airport Companion app on iOS and Android platforms.
Key Features of the Visa Airport Companion App
- The VAC app gives eligible Visa cardholders access to more than 1,200 airport lounges in over 140 countries.
- It provides real-time information on lounge locations, checks user eligibility, and tracks how many lounge visits have been used and how many are left.
- Additionally, the app supports biometric authentication and offers offline access to ensure smooth navigation through its services.
Looking ahead, Visa plans to expand the app’s services. The app will soon offer more Visa cardholder benefits, including fast-track airport services, dining discounts, and access to spa services—making travel even more enjoyable.
