The Government of Ghana, led by Vice President H.E Bawumia, has launched a mobile app “CitizenApp” to create a personalized Ghana for all citizens and residents.
Citizens can receive government official notices, pay for government services, manage their digital identity, and access a range of services as citizens of Ghana via the app.
The mobile application is available for download on the Play Store and Apple Store.

- Citizens of Ghana can access job openings for both public and private organizations serving as a great platform for job acquisition.
- The all-in-one platform offers a payment channel for paying taxes and public services such as ECG bills, water bills, and SSNIT bills. Also, assembly tolls and fees, such as property rates, business operating permits, and market tolls, can be paid via the platform.
- Citizens can access all services from the Government and information linked with their Ghana card.
- The platform has a built-in map to access your current location.
- As a payment platform, you can access your transaction history.
Not a fan of mobile apps?
While the mobile app offers convenience, users can access all the services of the CitizenApp via the web application — web version.
