
The Cyber Africa Forum (CAF) will hold its fifth edition in Cotonou, Benin, on June 24-25, 2025.
Supported by Benin’s Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Digital and Digitalisation, the forum will bring together over 1,000 participants, including government officials, business leaders, cybersecurity experts, and startups.
For the first time, the forum moves from Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, highlighting Benin’s growing role as a digital hub in West Africa.
Discussions will focus on cybersecurity, AI-driven innovation, digital resilience, and regulatory harmonization.

The event aims to strengthen public-private partnerships and drive investment in Africa’s digital economy.
Key topics on the agenda include:
- Cybersecurity strategies and regulatory frameworks

- Supporting startup growth and digital inclusion
CAF 2025 will feature panel discussions, business meetings, and expert-led sessions. A hackathon, crisis management exercise, and dedicated CIO/CISO sessions will offer hands-on engagement.
The forum will also spotlight Cyber Africa Women, promoting female participation in the digital economy.
CAF 2025 is expected to set the stage for policy advancements, new investments, and stronger digital security across the continent.
