The African Union (AU) and the European Union (EU) have partnered to create an AU-EU Champions project.
This annual initiative aims to enhance the positive impact of joint AU-EU policies, programmes, and projects in Africa through the perspective of digital creators: TikTokers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, vloggers, and podcasters.
The first edition will focus on 5 selected countries: Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, and Mozambique.
Who is eligible for this AU-EU Champions project?
Eligible individuals for this project must:
- Be a citizen in any of the five selected countries (Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, and Mozambique)
- Have a strong social media presence
- Have excellent storytelling skills and consistently produce audio-visual content.

- Knowledge of AU and EU: Share what you know about the African Union and the European Union.
- Project selection: Pick one project from the list of AU-EU projects available within your country.
- Proposal: Provide a brief overview of your approach to covering the selected project.
